You get the CD/DVD(s) with the software in a padded envelope.  You also get the activation key, serial number or CD key necessary to activate the software.

If you select the download option or download and shipping option, then you also receive the download links for the software in your order confirmation email.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $6 to anywhere in the world, for any amount of CD/DVD(s)!

Please note that if you selected to download AND have your order shipped then the total shipping cost will be a flat fee of $10 to anywhere in the world, for any amount of CD/DVD(s)!

We do not sell per program but per disc, which is much cheaper for the customer!

 When you add programs to the cart you are actually filling up a CD or DVD, or multiple CD's or DVD's. The price of a full CD of software is $20. The price of a full DVD of software is $50.

So the price in the shopping cart to the left of the page will stay at $20 until your CD is full, or it will stay at $50 until your DVD is full!

The first program you add from the software list the cart will display a price of $20 because that is the price of a full CD of software.

The next and following programs you add to the cart the price will stay at $20 until you reach 700Mb total.

If you exceed 700Mb the price will change to $40 for two CD's until you reach 1400Mb total.

If you exceed 1400Mb, the price will change to $50 and now the cart will allow you to add software until you reach 4400Mb total which is the equivalent of one DVD.

If you exceed 4400Mb the cart will repeat from the first step and so on.

Shipping takes from 2 to 14 days depending on country of destination. Here are a few destination examples to give you an indication:

- USA  5 to 8 business days.
- EU countries  2 to 4 business days.
- South Africa 7 to 10 business days.
- Japan  5 to 7 business days.
- Canada  5 to 7 business days.

As we ship to over 65 countries we unfortunately cannot list them all.

We provide support on helping to install the software in case you have ANY problems. You can also find the necessary information about the installation also in the program files (usually called Read me, FAQ or Help). If you need support for installing the software you can contact us using the email form on the Contact page.

Please be aware that we do not provide functional technical support on the software itself. It is the responsibility of the customer to learn to use the software.
